A little over a month after purchase, a tire separated, with all 3 of my kids in the car! A defect for sure, thing is, they didn't put the tires on the car, the previous owner did... Still... They replaced all 4 tires JUST in case. This dealership has worked with me and around me in order to keep me on the road, within budget, and safe. Justin Johnson is a great sales manager and the two service people you should talk to are Tanner and Cynthia. These two people are very easy to talk to and it's obvious they care about every situation or problem you might have. 3 cars, 3 different stories of countless little things they've done, that they didn't have to do. I'd tell anyone looking to buy or service a car to come here. I've been to Toyota dealers in Statesville and Concord thinking the level would be the same, only to learn it was a far reach from MJT. Go buy one for yourself or go grab some free popcorn and soda and let these guys take care of your service needs. Thanks Tanner and Cynthia, for taking care of me everytime I come in. :) More
