Service appointment was good today, got out in less than an hour but no oil change was involved. Usually takes 1.5 to 2 hrs for that which is too long for me. That's my only complaint with them over the past 3 years .....an appointment rather than a walk up session doesn't necessarily mean a quick turn around. My service provider I've used for many years and our other vehicles can easily do all that in less than an hour with an appointment. More
