Last night my fiancé hit a deer on his way home with my car. Obviously unexpected, I was very stressed thinking there’s no way I was gonna get a new car in time. Because of the amazing experience we had with Kent back in February buying my fiancé’s truck, I went back this morning. Thanks to Samantha Fox, It’s not even 12 hours later and I have a 2019 Hyundai Elantra. I LOVE this new car and it was truly the best experience I have ever had at a dealership. She and her coworker worked endlessly to get me approved, to keep me under my budget, and to make sure I was comfortable the entire visit. She gave me snacks out of her lunchbox, y’all! That’s beyond customer service. I will always recommend Mike Johnson Toyota and their entire team. Thanks so much Samantha, you’re amazing!! More
Recall service Took my 2019 Highlander in due to a recall for replacement of the fuel pump. We had to make the inquiry to the dealership about getting this done as a Took my 2019 Highlander in due to a recall for replacement of the fuel pump. We had to make the inquiry to the dealership about getting this done as a mailer sent in March of this year gave no timeline on when the recall service would be completed. We finally called the service department at this time, July, to get the recall satisfied. The recall was completed, and the work seems to be satisfactory however a 4 hour service turned into over a 5 and one half hour visit as I was not notified of the completed work by phone as was told by the service department. Finally making the call to the service department I was informed that the work was indeed done and my car was ready for pickup. I did see an e-mail on my phone later that day that a receipt for the service had appeared earlier perhaps when service was completed. Also I was not offered a loaner car and being I live over 45 minutes away I was forced to ask a family member to pick me up or would have had to wait at the dealership for an extremely long time. More
Total ineptitude by service department in so many ways, Made 11:00 appt. for broken taillight. Over two hours later not completed-checked with service rep. were then told wrong part was ordered. One statement by technician was that there were waiting for a qualified technician that would not scratch the car upon installation. (?) One technician blamed the other for all mishaps. None Took no responsibility. More
