Had oil change and 60K check. Service advisor was helpful with regard to recommended services. I felt unsafe upon arriving at the dealership while being greeted by a customer service consultant without wearing his mask. I was unable to back away 6 feet as I was in my driver seat of my car while he ha greeted by a customer service consultant without wearing his mask. The prerecorded greeting summarizing all of the safety precautions Toyota is supposed taking during this time sounds really nice. It would be great if they followed this. More
