I have used this dealer in previous years with several different cars and was always pleased with the service until my last encounter. From the time I arrived you could tell the atmosphere had changed and different cars and was always pleased with the service until my last encounter. From the time I arrived you could tell the atmosphere had changed and so had their priorities. Job # 1 now is to extract as much money from any and all unsuspecting customers as possible. From what I could gather from a couple of the employees this all started with the new department manager. I got there early and was taken in quickly, but just as quickly I was given a number of things that needed to be repaired and a outrageous price to go along with it. When I asked for the manager to see if I could negotiate a more reasonable price it seems I made a critical mistake, as the manager took offense somehow and basically told me I was lucky it wasn't higher than that. I then decided to just go elsewhere but he wasn't done as my wallet was about to find out. I was charged a 76.00 ( TEST DRIVE and DIAGNOSTIC FEE) needless to say it will be my last ever visit!! Oh by the way Mr. Manager I took your advice and had all the things fixed except for a brake flush which the other company said was not necessary and it was almost half the price. So now I have a new company to service my cars and you have one less customer to gouge. More
