After finding the car I wanted online and placing a deposit over the phone and driving 2 hours to the dealership, the car was revealed with hail damage. Outstanding service department! I purchased my 2023 Tacoma last year, and have brought it in for its various service checks. Each time I’ve arrived, Cindy the service rep was ther I purchased my 2023 Tacoma last year, and have brought it in for its various service checks. Each time I’ve arrived, Cindy the service rep was there and checked me in quickly, and professionally. Yesterday, I had an interior (seat repair issue), and the repair was running late. She checked on me every half hour, purchased lunch for me at the cafe, (since the repair was taking longer than anticipated), and offered a loaner, which I didn’t need. The repair was flawless, and having owned many vehicles in my 70 years of existence, I have NEVER been treated as well as this automobile company. Cindy should be applauded, as well as all of the service department members.
