Outstanding service department! I purchased my 2023 Tacoma last year, and have brought it in for its various service checks. Each time I’ve arrived, Cindy the service rep was ther I purchased my 2023 Tacoma last year, and have brought it in for its various service checks. Each time I’ve arrived, Cindy the service rep was there and checked me in quickly, and professionally. Yesterday, I had an interior (seat repair issue), and the repair was running late. She checked on me every half hour, purchased lunch for me at the cafe, (since the repair was taking longer than anticipated), and offered a loaner, which I didn’t need. The repair was flawless, and having owned many vehicles in my 70 years of existence, I have NEVER been treated as well as this automobile company. Cindy should be applauded, as well as all of the service department members. Service department associate needs to disclose costs of different services before work is initiated. Example, I would not pay $20 for rotation of tires because where I bought tires, that company will rota different services before work is initiated.
