Took my car in on a Thursday because AC wasn't working. Told me they could fix it but all the parts wouldn't be in until Monday. Jose was very pleasant and helpful with all questions I had. Ended up buying a new (used) truck which included the dealership picking up the $1700+ tab for the repairs! Excellent customer service! I stopped in to talk to a sales rep on Friday, July 29th and got help from a so called sales rep by the name Vvladimir Arturo Alvarez he was very disrespectful, very rude, and very unprofessional. I was wanting to purchase a 2022 Toyota Corolla for our family he did not give us proper information and detail about the questions we asked him firm and thorough. The way he speaks to clients is very inappropriate and not ethical to the client. He is the reason why many of us clients who want to purchase a vehicle have a bad taste of car salesman. He has made me make the choice to never even step foot at the dealership ever again not even for service. After hearing good things about the dealership he ruined my experience there. I do not know why they hired an employee who would allow him to treat clients that are wanting to purchase vehicles from toyota there. More
