On my most recent visit, June 1, 2023, I called to schedule an appointment to have the required maintenance service for my Toyota, Corolla. They were able to see me immediately! When I arrived, I was pleasantly greeted by Jessica and she took my information and offered to open the door for me, as well as, offering me refreshments while I waited for my service to be completed. I pleasantly surprised at the time it took for my car to be serviced as I had other errands to attend to that day. Jessica presented me with the service performance paperwork and escorted me to my car. She was very professional and courteous! Mike Johnson’s Toyota has been my go-to-place for years now and they’ve ALWAYS been good to me! I would encourage anyone looking to buy a car to look no further than Mike Johnson’s Toyota in Hickory. New to the area. ..and have had two service visits within one month. Service advisor, Jessica, was courteous, respectful, and accommodating. Technician, L. McClure, ..and have had two service visits within one month. Service advisor, Jessica, was courteous, respectful, and accommodating. Technician, L. McClure, was very respectful of, and willing to answer, all my questions that I had regarding all repairs deemed "necessary". Although I have followed a regular maintenance schedule for my Camry, I did have a concern that-on my very first visit to this dealer-all of the repairs recommended required "immediate attention"...with a cost of over $2,000. Some of have been completed. When I return for 'regular scheduled maintenance', I will have to remind my advisor that someone needs to put the appropriate floor covering on the driver's side mat since, after BOTH visits, my driver's mat had grease areas from someone's work shoes. More
