I had a lot of work done to my highlander, over ten thousand dollars, and these people from service writer, Lorrie, to mechanic Trey, treated me like I was a King. My car runs better now than when I b thousand dollars, and these people from service writer, Lorrie, to mechanic Trey, treated me like I was a King. My car runs better now than when I bought it. I was a little disappointed when I arrived for a 7:30 am appointment and was told that it would be an hour and a half. But Art made it right by getting Tim to give me a ride home. Then Tim told me that he appointment and was told that it would be an hour and a half. But Art made it right by getting Tim to give me a ride home. Not impressed, long wait for a scheduled maintenance service. The upsales were redictuous and wanted to charge me when I have a service contract for 6 years Free!!
