I had a lot of work done to my highlander, over ten thousand dollars, and these people from service writer, Lorrie, to mechanic Trey, treated me like I was a King. My car runs better now than when I b thousand dollars, and these people from service writer, Lorrie, to mechanic Trey, treated me like I was a King. My car runs better now than when I bought it. This work came from my ignorance of letting some shade tree mechanic get his hands on my car. Never again!!!! My hat goes off to Mike Johnson for running such a great business. More

I was a little disappointed when I arrived for a 7:30 am appointment and was told that it would be an hour and a half. But Art made it right by getting Tim to give me a ride home. Then Tim told me that he appointment and was told that it would be an hour and a half. But Art made it right by getting Tim to give me a ride home. Not impressed, long wait for a scheduled maintenance service. The upsales were redictuous and wanted to charge me when I have a service contract for 6 years Free!! Took our RAV4 back in for the 12 month service after they failed to do the required oil change the first time. This time was much more efficient as they did the quick oil and filter change quickly and courte failed to do the required oil change the first time.
