I had to wait an hour and 40 minutes for an oil change and tire rotation, even with an appointment. I had to go out to the service area to ask about the wait and was told, "Oh, I was just about to come g and tire rotation, even with an appointment. Then I was charged over $120 for a service that I was told, when I purchased the car, would be free for the first year. A manager checked my records and apologized, but then told me that only first two oil changes would be free. It is not worth it for me to drive 45 minutes to sit for that long for one more free oil change, and when my time is not valued. More
