I dealt with Lori in service. She is wonderful. Definitely no complaints about her. . My only complaint was how dirty my car was left after repairs - windshield & hood. My reas She is wonderful. My reason for requiring service was damage done under the hood of my car by a squirrel. Service “people” even left the acorns & other nesting material in motor area. I had to vaccum it out as well as cleaning the car hood & windshield. My bill was $4500.00 - I expected more!!! More

I am from Raleigh and was traveling when my 2011 Toyota Avalon's check engine light came on, along with another warning light. I looked up the closest Toyota dealer and was directed to Mike Johnson's Hick Avalon's check engine light came on, along with another warning light. I looked up the closest Toyota dealer and was directed to Mike Johnson's Hickory Toyota 20 miles from the location I had the problem. Not knowing anything about this dealer, I was concerned whether I could even get into the service department. Luckily, I met Cindy, the Assistant Service Manager. She was FANTASTIC. She listened to my need, introduced me to Sr. Tech, Lee and allayed my concern. They got me in, out and back on my way home to Raleigh in about 1 1/2 hours. I could not have been more happy I found my way to their service department. I would definitely recommend this crew! More

Buying my new 2023 Rav4 XLE Hybrid was so easy and one of the best decisions I ever made. Not only did everyone go over and beyond to help me, but the service and kindness was more than I expected. Pete Ballard helped me narrow down what I wanted in my new car, considering there was so many options. If I had a question or concern, he was there to answer and help. The day I got to pick up my car, I was so ecstatic since I only saw a printout of the car and put on the waiting list for it to come in. To my surprise, my 2023 Rav4 XLE Hybrid was more than I imagined. I was shocked when Pete took me outside to see my new car. I even stated, "Wow, this is mine?". Pete is a blessing and a great guy. I even asked him if he would take duck reviews since both my Pekin ducks had to inspect the car, have a conversation about it, and wag their tails with approval. They love the new car as much as I do. I can't say "Thank you" enough with the great experience I had while going through the process of buying my new car. More
I went in to set up an appointment for new tires. Cindy Bolton asked if I wanted to go ahead if the tires were in stock. They were and Cindy proceeded to get the installation process started.
