Hector was a very friendly yet professional salesman who was not pushy in any way at all. The experience dealing with him made it seem like we were family. He quickly answered any questions I had and was very informative every step of the way. When my wife and I had decided on the truck we wanted, he had it ready for us before I got off work. The paperwork was all ready, and he had us in and out in less than 30 minutes. There was no waiting around or unfair negotiations. I sincerely believe there is not a more honest or trustworthy dealership/salesman around. I’ve purchased a new car from another dealer in the past, and I’ve also almost purchased a truck from yet another dealer. These other dealers always go to “talk to their manager” or end up pencil whipping the purchase agreement right at the end to upsale you. I did not experience any of this at Mike Hellack Chevrolet. Mike Hellack himself even came outside to speak with me for a moment after we had just purchased the truck. You don’t see very many owners as personable as him, or even the salesmen for that matter.
