I scheduled my Buick here to be diagnosed and repaired on a Thursday. which took six days (next week Tuesday) for them to not even look at it yet. I had to call them, because I was a bit anxious after I hadn a Thursday. which took six days (next week Tuesday) for them to not even look at it yet. I had to call them, because I was a bit anxious after I hadn’t heard anything from them since I dropped it off (On Thursday of last week). Which is when the service advisor explained that they hadn’t had a chance to look at it yet. Then the Advisor explained that he would call me once they did look at it, which he did call me, exactly a week after I dropped it off on Thursday! He then, explained the problem and told me it would be ready next week between Monday and Wednesday. By that Thursday (two weeks after dropping my car off) I was a bit anxious again so I called to see if it was ready and it was not. At this point I was upset because they didn't communicate with me much, at all. The advisor explained that he was sorry and my vehicle would be finished Saturday but they are closed on Sunday so it would actually be ready on Monday. So I explained that I live in the area so I will call close to closing time on Saturday and I’d come pick it up, the advisor was in agreement with me and so I waited until Saturday then I called again, my vehicle still wasn't ready. So then I called back Monday to see if it was ready for me to come pick it up and still it wasn't ready. The advisor apologized to me again and told me he would call me on either Tuesday or wednesday when it's ready. Tuesday came and went. So I called earlier Wednesday to follow up on the progress and if it would finally be ready but my Advisor wasn't available so the woman that answers the calls in the service department said that she would leave him a message to call me back, which he did not. so a few hours before they closed I called again, they looked me up in their system and finally after all this time my vehicle was finally ready (a whole twenty long and anguishing days). All I have to say is Communication is key, but this place did not get the message! I will never take my car here again! Greasy hand prints all over the front of my hood and the drivers door panel. The passenger side of my car looks like someone was opening another cars door next to mine and let it hit my car because there are dings on the passengers rear and front doors and my interior stinks like BO. They'll be getting a phone call tomorrow More
Service department SUCKS! I called to inform them of be 5 minutes late to my 9:45a appt due to train. I arrived at 9:50a. It's 12:04pm and I'm still here!!! Sexist ownership Extremely rude and sexist dealership. First I was disrespected by service manager, Dan Exstrom and then by the OWNER Bill Haggerty. I even wrote a letter to another owner Richard Haggery about the abhorrent behavior and he told me to take my business elsewhere, This was all about an $8 light bulb that they refused to replace. I called the better business bureau and filed a complaint. The owners and manager had no respect for me as a woman and told me I was “overreacting.” The management had no woman, just men. I would never recommend this dealership. More

I had an issue with my 2 month old car - John and the others at Haggerty worked to find the issue. They kept my car overnight and provided a loaner vehicle which was very convenient. The entire Haggerty Service Department was helpful in my recent auto repair. Big John scheduled repairs promptly, and coordinated use of loaner car. I brought my 2005 envoy in for service on a friday morning at 8:00 am for a faulty tailgate mechanism. The service tech told me his computer wasn't telling him exactly what the problem was but he bel morning at 8:00 am for a faulty tailgate mechanism. The service tech told me his computer wasn't telling him exactly what the problem was but he believed that the lower latch lock was the problem or part of the problem but he couldn't be sure. It was a process of elimination. He also stated that a rear hinge had been replaced and installed wrong and that a new torsion rod should be ordered. I disagreed with the need for a new part since the rod in place was not damaged, cracked or broken. This discussion was witnessed by Ruiz. I finally gave into ordering both of the parts. The tech said that the mid gate window wasn't working due to the problem with the latch. During this discussion with the mechanic he told me that he was busy and made it clear that our discussion was over. This visit cost me $135.31 strictly for diagnostics, no parts for a total visit time of 1:49 hours or $67.50 per hr. labor. Immediately after leaving I went to my mechanic who agreed that the latch lock might be faulty but demonstrated to me that the torsion rod was functioning properly and was not needed. My mechanic charged me $20.00 but didn't have the computer to do more. I cancelled the order for the torsion rod and waited for the latch part to be delivered. During the interim I noticed that the dash indicated that the mid gate was ajar. I released and relocked the gate and it functioned perfectly without repair. The service tech was wrong again. On the following Monday I received a phone call from the service department stating that the latch part was in and for me to call the service department for an appointment. I called the service department and arranged for an appointment at 1130 am. I arrived, gave them my vehicle. A short time later they told me the mechanic was working on another vehicle and was then going to lunch. I'd have to wait. I immediately let them know my displeasure and asked to pay and take the part. They told me it had to be programmed or it wouldn't work right. Again totally aggravated I went to sit in the waiting room. They probably altered his lunch and 47 minutes later I received my vehicle and a bill of $191.52, this after I was told I received a discount. The part was $89.01 the labor was $90.00 for 47 minutes. Some discount. The tailgate does currently work but I'm not confident of how long. The total for this part and service including discount not to mention my time and aggravation was $326.83. You can draw your own conclusions from my experience. Your vehicle better be under warranty or bring plenty of money. More
