I came into the dealership with my girlfriend 20 minutes before closing and I was greeted as if they had just opened (warm and welcoming). It felt like I was talking to a friend and not even conducting such an important business transaction (very personable). Before I knew it Tom introduced me to Frank the Finance man who was just as frienly. I do financing for a living, and Frank was a easy going as I am when I am on the other side of the desk. He was very helpful in getting me the best financing at a rate that was very affordable. I thought my used car would come with a full tank of gas but at my disbelief it didn't, and Tom gave me gas money out of his wallet.
