Sexist ownership Extremely rude and sexist dealership. First I was disrespected by service manager, Dan Exstrom and then by the OWNER Bill Haggerty. I even wrote a letter to another owner Richard Haggery about the abhorrent behavior and he told me to take my business elsewhere, This was all about an $8 light bulb that they refused to replace. I called the better business bureau and filed a complaint. The owners and manager had no respect for me as a woman and told me I was “overreacting.” The management had no woman, just men. I would never recommend this dealership. More

Watch out for shady salesman Our experience started out bad and got a little better. Finally after finding the suv we wanted ue pretty much liked to me about the price by about $3000. The 2 finance gentleman we worked with were very friendly they made the visit a little more pleasurable. When we got to the nu.bers we liked we did buy. This place doesn't even give you a tank of gas when you purchase a car from them that's total bull crap they are very cheap we ended up getting a quarter tank of gas I have worked as a salesman at 2 other dealerships and they have always walked and fully gased the car for the customer not here will never buy from them again More

Superior Customer Service I bought a GMC Terrian 2013, right from the start I liked my salesperson Anthony, very nice and upfront gave me the details I needed and made the proc I bought a GMC Terrian 2013, right from the start I liked my salesperson Anthony, very nice and upfront gave me the details I needed and made the process easy, the GM Tony got me the right price not only for my trade-in but also for my Terrain, brought it in a day later to be inspected and the customer service man Quincy was so nice, smiled and was extremely courteous, I also spoke to Katie in customer service she made sure I was well informed and had all the details I needed. I have to say from beginning to end the experience was so fantastic, they treat you like family there and I cannot say enough about them. I would recommend this dealer to anyone I know, and will go back when I am ready for another SUV. I am so happy and what a pleasant surprise to have been treated so well.
