John and his service team were great. We had recently purchased our car from Mike Haggerty and had gotten a great deal. While driving it in Wiscousin, a 5Gal bucket fell off a truck and struck the front purchased our car from Mike Haggerty and had gotten a great deal. They also checked the car and found that the fuel injection system needed service. They explained every detail of the service work required for the repairs and quoted us a very resonable price. I was impressed with the staff of Haggerty Buick and their presentation. Mr. Bill Haggerty was present, as well as, his Service Manager, Asst. Service Manager and several technicians. The meeting was well organized and very informative for a new Buick owner like myself. A number of people in attendance, including myself, asked questions that were important to each owner's vehicle. I certainly am glad my wife and I attended this meeting. Dan, the Service Manager, was gracious enough to spend time after the meeting to demonstrate all the features that we were having some difficulty with.
