I scheduled my Buick here to be diagnosed and repaired on a Thursday. which took six days (next week Tuesday) for them to not even look at it yet. I had to call them, because I was a bit anxious after I hadn a Thursday. which took six days (next week Tuesday) for them to not even look at it yet. I had to call them, because I was a bit anxious after I hadn’t heard anything from them since I dropped it off (On Thursday of last week). Which is when the service advisor explained that they hadn’t had a chance to look at it yet. Then the Advisor explained that he would call me once they did look at it, which he did call me, exactly a week after I dropped it off on Thursday! He then, explained the problem and told me it would be ready next week between Monday and Wednesday. By that Thursday (two weeks after dropping my car off) I was a bit anxious again so I called to see if it was ready and it was not. At this point I was upset because they didn't communicate with me much, at all. The advisor explained that he was sorry and my vehicle would be finished Saturday but they are closed on Sunday so it would actually be ready on Monday. So I explained that I live in the area so I will call close to closing time on Saturday and I’d come pick it up, the advisor was in agreement with me and so I waited until Saturday then I called again, my vehicle still wasn't ready. So then I called back Monday to see if it was ready for me to come pick it up and still it wasn't ready. The advisor apologized to me again and told me he would call me on either Tuesday or wednesday when it's ready. Tuesday came and went. So I called earlier Wednesday to follow up on the progress and if it would finally be ready but my Advisor wasn't available so the woman that answers the calls in the service department said that she would leave him a message to call me back, which he did not. so a few hours before they closed I called again, they looked me up in their system and finally after all this time my vehicle was finally ready (a whole twenty long and anguishing days). All I have to say is Communication is key, but this place did not get the message! I will never take my car here again! Greasy hand prints all over the front of my hood and the drivers door panel. The passenger side of my car looks like someone was opening another cars door next to mine and let it hit my car because there are dings on the passengers rear and front doors and my interior stinks like BO. They'll be getting a phone call tomorrow More
Service dept need’s service themselves/major overhaul. My side detection system service light came on. The vehicle is under bumper to bumper warranty. After making me wait 3 hour during the oil change service guy stated I hit something after they could not figure out the problem. He noticed a parking lot ding on a bumper. Took it to another dealership that diagnosed it properly and repaired it. Lights out for MH service department. More

I reached out to them about a 2000 Porsche 911 they have. Communication was not the greatest at first but eventually they provided more photos and the contact info for a mechanic that did some work for them Communication was not the greatest at first but eventually they provided more photos and the contact info for a mechanic that did some work for them on this car. They both assured me the car ran great and was issue free. Further assuring me the salesperson said when they get German cars in that aren’t satisfactory after inspection by the German shop they are able to return them to auction. i was sent three photos of the worst imperfections and told the car needed a good paint correction and it would be solid. I flew to Chicago and went to the dealer where I was sat down in front of paperwork (where I was told for the first time they had to do a background check and soft credit pull even though I was paying cash, would have been nice to be informed that beforehand) before even test driving or inspecting, I said I wouldn’t complete the deal until I had a chance to do those things. So I began inspecting the car and got down underneath and there was oil seepage all under the engine, as best as I could tell the rear main seal was shot (common and expensive issue on these cars), this wasn’t a little bit, wiping my hands underneath covered them in oil. In addition, the paint work needed more work than what I was led to believe and the rear bumper where the Carfax said there was a minor accident was clearly poorly fixed/misaligned. They offered $500 then $1000 off or for me to wait to have it looked at by their German shop again the next day, but I frankly had seen enough and was not comfortable with the purchase. At this point it was too late to book a return flight, train, bus, or rental car. I had to purchase the first flight out and pay for transportation to the airport, since the ticket was so expensive last minute I decided to not book a hotel. As soon as I said I would not buy the car I was somewhat ignored, and they couldn’t even offer to drive me to the airport or call me an Uber there as a small token for my wasted time and money. All in all, the dishonesty or lack of attention to detail, however you want to interpret it, cost me $650, about 18 hours of time and a full night of sleep. If you’re looking to deal with them from out of state, I’d recommend looking elsewhere. More
