The Service Reps, Mechanics, and Service Management should be HIGHLY commended for their efforts to ensure customer satisfaction. I am very happy to visit the Merritt Island location because it is closer to home. The people are friendly and very helpful. I met Jay Piter on my first visit to the service section. I had a problem because it is closer to home. The people are friendly and very helpful. I met Jay Piter on my first visit to the service section. I had a problem with my car with the seatbelt (stuck/frozen in place) and he stepped in was able to solve the problem. He was kind, patient and informative. Jay Piter listened patiently to my questions as well as concerns. I went in today to keep up with the warranty. Jay took the time to look at my package, walk me through it and advise me. I look forward to keep coming to this location, working with Jay and the rest of the employees who work here. More

I received Nathan M., as my service manager for the 10,000 mile-service on my 2012 Toyota 4-Runner. Nathan was great! He is friendly, knowledgeable and prompt. They are very honest! They did not try to say I needed costly repairs I did not need. They were accurate about how long the repair would take within 10 minutes, so I could plan my day accordingly.
