*Stay clear of ERDMAN for cars and service. * literally a criminal enterprise. * They will hand you a bill to replace all kinds of things. * No breakout for parts and labor-just a blob figur * literally a criminal enterprise. * They will hand you a bill to replace all kinds of things. * No breakout for parts and labor-just a blob figure. * Ask a part price. They are charging 3 times Toyota retail for it. *They tell you a labor rate $210/hr, but you cant rationalize it even with parts costing 3 times as much. * Mike ERDMAN is PT Barnum and he knows suckers come in everyday. * you will be lucky to get your car back in equal functioning order than you brought it in. * Can’t think of another dealer of any brand with such a theft and ripoff mentality. Just Steer Clear, You can not do worse going anywhere else. The service people are friendly and polite while stealing your money. I hope they get a decent cut but I bet Mike ERDMAN takes most of it. Went for oil change and was told I needed new ball joints sway bars , timing gear box gaskets, spark plugs totaling more than 10k. They suggested I get a new car. Went to local mechanic who had 3 different p sway bars , timing gear box gaskets, spark plugs totaling more than 10k. They suggested I get a new car. Went to local mechanic who had 3 different people inspect said parts. They reported that there are no cracks in ball joints. No leaks anywhere but could use new spark plugs. Erdman was totally scamming us. More
