On vacation, my Tundra had a computer/emission problem that disabled use of the vehicle except in a "limp" mode. Even though I was not "local" and had not purchased the vehicle there, the Service Dept was that disabled use of the vehicle except in a "limp" mode. Even though I was not "local" and had not purchased the vehicle there, the Service Dept was very responsive in diagnosing the problem and was able to get my vehicle in for repairs. It was over a weekend, so that delayed the repair appointment for a few days, but overall the experience was very positive. Since it was a warranty issue, Toyota completely covered the entire cost even though the vehicle is an '07 with 100,000 miles. There was never any pushback about the repair or having it put off for their convenience. More

My original reason for service was an oil change and tire rotation. After leaving the dealership, my right front tire rotated off my truck. I was within a block of the dealership. Called Mr. LeBlanc who imme rotation. After leaving the dealership, my right front tire rotated off my truck. I was within a block of the dealership. Called Mr. LeBlanc who immediately asked about my well being and sent a service tech to assess the issue' A tow truck was then summoned by Mr. LeBlanc to receive the vehicle back to the dealership. Mr. LeBlanc arrived within ten minutes, was profoundly apologetic for the incident and brought a rental car for me. Next day at the dealership, I was introduced to Mr.Jay Piter who was extremely cordial and apologetic.He then showed me my vehicle with a detailed plan for fixing the repairs needed.Upon completion of the work, Mr.Piter test drove the vehicle with me to ensure my satisfaction with the work. Both Mr LeBlanc and Mr Piter demonstrated professionalism and pride in correcting the problem. Both of them are assets to your dealership and company. I am personally grateful to them for their prompt response and action in addressing this issue. David was very accomodating and friendly.
