Mike Erdman folks always do a good job. We have 3 Toyotas and this dealership is NOT the closest to our home, but it is worth the extra travel. It must be me or my 2003 Tundra your maintenance technicians dislike. Bought my Tundra here and have had it serviced faithfully at your service department. Over the years yechnicians have failed to refill the engine with oil, battery caps not replaced, and lug nuts coming off. Today after arriving back home I checked the engine compartment. The dipstick was sticking up so high it had to touch the underside of the hood when closed. I called Jim Shaw and told him. I checked to see if oil was in the engine and it sppears there is some but I could not see a line on the dipstick (front or back). More

I've bought my Toyota's at Erdman's for the past 18 years, and they are my only service provider. There is no better dealership for Toyota - anywhere. Since my purchase was not through Mike Erdman dealership, the local dealership near my home, I didn't know how my experience would be having my new car serviced there periodically. This is why I am taking the time to participate in this rating review. Well, it's been great!! From my first phone call with a question to oil changes/tire rotation, etc., every contact and visit has been met with friendly, qualified, professional people. Personally, I would recommend the whole team there - their goal seems to be to be sure your needs have been met, any questions answered, and maintaining a good relationship with customers, whether you own a Yaris or the top of the line more expensive model Toyato. This is the first Toyota I have ever owned and I couldn't be more satisfied with the vehicle or Mike Erdman dealership. More
