Outsanding major repair experience Spectacular service start (stranded in 2000 Tundra on the Beachline Thurs at 6:30 PM) to finish (saturday afternoon). I don't easily spend on major re Spectacular service start (stranded in 2000 Tundra on the Beachline Thurs at 6:30 PM) to finish (saturday afternoon). I don't easily spend on major repairs without knowing details and shopping; and have pretty good rip-off 'radar'. I strongly feel that the price I paid for this repair was more than fair and as good as the price at an independent shop. Plus I got the loaner car at no charge and they finished and I was able to pick it up on Saturday. Steve in service was outstanding with communication start to finish. I left there seriously thinking I need to strongly consider that my next vehicle purchase will be a Toyota because I was treated so well. Big Kudos to Steve in service and the team at Mike Erdman for this excellent experience. More

During this time, I had been assigned to 3 different service advisors. None have been as helpful and accomadating as Ms. Stallings. This current occasion, was complicated by not only a Holiday, but by my restrictions in having the vehicle available for service, which was spread out for 3 days over a 2 week time period. Ms Stallings was beyond the call of duty under these trying curcumstances. For this extra attention, in spite of the several difficulties, I am very appreciative. Thank you,Michelle. 30,000 mile check up Although I came in for my 30,000 mile check up for my Rave 4, I had a small problem with the floor mat on the passenger side. I asked the service pers Although I came in for my 30,000 mile check up for my Rave 4, I had a small problem with the floor mat on the passenger side. I asked the service personnel if there was anything that they had that could remove the sticky substance on the mat. When my car was finished, they not only serviced it but they also took care of the sticky substance on the mat at no cost or inconvenience to me. This is one of the many little reasons I always deal with the service department at Mike Erdman Toyota on Merritt Island. I can always rely on prompt, efficient and reliable service. I would always recommend them. More
