I didn't have the option to set an appointment for service on my Sienna van, because I never know when I will find some time to get to the dealership. I drove in, hoping that it wouldn't take the who service on my Sienna van, because I never know when I will find some time to get to the dealership. I drove in, hoping that it wouldn't take the whole afternoon. Brought something that I have been working on and figured I could get some quiet time to figure out a problem with that. The dealership has a quiet area in the back behind the waiting room. I headed there. Lo and behold! I had just gotten going on my project (found the problem!) and Melinda came around the corner and said, "It's finished. You're ready to go!" WOW! That was fast. We had just a few minutes at the desk while she copied my Preferred Customer Punch tag to go with the billing papers. I was off and headed out the door. ---And it didn't cost me anything other than the gas to drive there and back. I had a FREE oil and filter change. Now, if that good "luck" will just continue on to the Power ball drawing tonight! Well, this may never reach its destination. I have not used this system before. I tried to "create an account" and the Google won't let me Google one up. It doesn't like my password. It wants me to use a phone. (I don't do smart phone!) So, I will try once again. If this goes--ok! If not, I know where the X and Delete are located on my computer. Now I know the problem...IT is on GOOGLE +. This survey is making me angry. Each time I TRY to get an account set. It kills the make of vehicle and I must go back and re-enter TOYOTA. Then, I get a flag on my user name. I am ready to hit X. More

Spear Mowbry was our salesman both times for the Camry sales...and he is very thorough...calling us to check and be sure we were satisfied and ask if we had any questions after the sales. We have also had good experiences with the service department all 3 times we have been in for service. The employees overall are so nice. Today...we walked the new car lot while we waited and were also treated so nicely by Pierre Rendel as he showed us new vehicles...and he as well promised to call us when new cars arrived that we are interested in.
