I found the Dealership and Service Department clean, organized and helpful. Now, I would have rated 5 stars but what I was not happy about was not being told there was shop costs and credit card trans organized and helpful. Now, I would have rated 5 stars but what I was not happy about was not being told there was shop costs and credit card transaction fee which raised the total cost. I was told I would not pay the fee if I pay with cash or check. Who carries 100s of dollars in cash and checks these days. Also I had to point out to the Service Rep on a Service Special and what it included. If I had not checked it on the Erdman site I would have lost out on included Wiper Blades. More
