Paid over $1,300 for a replacement display for my 2004 Prius. Now there's only one color for the background screens instead of 4 that my original unit had. Service Dept. told me that possibly the company that makes the replacement doesn't support changing the background colors, even though they still show up as choices in setup. I went in for my 45 thousand mile check up and oil change,this service would take a bit of time. I was offered a ride home and to be picked up afterwards. I took it in to be repaired or replaced, this was done at no cost. Also at that time my car was inspected and confirmed of the service previously performed.
