Our Sienna was experiencing an intermittent problem where it would shutdown or stall, But would restart and run fine for a while which made trouble shooting the issue very challenging. The entire service staff was very understanding and went above and beyond to make sure my family was taken care of through out the entire process. I am new to the area and it was my first visit to Mike Erdman Toyota. I came in for an oil change on my Toyota FJ Cruiser, nice to see a dealership open for service issues on Sunday. Although I didn't h Erdman Toyota. I came in for an oil change on my Toyota FJ Cruiser, nice to see a dealership open for service issues on Sunday. Although I didn't have an appointment, Jim fit me in and arranged for a loaner vehicle so I could attend to some other personal items while my FJ was being serviced. Every employee I came in contact with was very pleasant and professional and it was a great surprise to learn that after service my vehicle was nicely washed at no additional charge. Also, the service bay was spotless. I will be back to Mike Erdman Toyota. More
