Try to close the deal. then to my surprise i learn that they can sell me the suv for that price only if i fonance with them. so i have no problem with that, my credit score is at 825 and for that reason i already have approval by banck of america at 3.5 %. and they know it. then they told me they can get better % with toyota credit. And here is the fraud. 8% with toyota credict. and if i want to finance with my banck or even if i"ll pay cash the price went up from 35,000 to 42,000. And by the way i got picture in of the offer written and signed by the sale manager. These people are stealing the consumed. More

check for a spare I bought a Toyota Sienna from mike Erdman in 2018. I was told it had a spare tire, was shown where the jack was located in the back, and how to rele I bought a Toyota Sienna from mike Erdman in 2018. I was told it had a spare tire, was shown where the jack was located in the back, and how to release spare tire from inside the car since it’s under the car. I did not get on the dirty ground to look under the van to check for spare. I was also told it was an all wheel drive vehicle, which cost more than other models. I left content with my purchase until months later I got a flat tire and couldn’t find the spare! All wheel drive doesn’t come with a spare, why it had a jack I do not know, but it doesn’t have room for a spare tire. After being stuck on the side of the road for hours because all tow trucks weren’t available I finally got a plug and plugged it myself. Just be aware if your purchase does not have a spare or run flat tires instead. Sales at mike Erdman do not seem to be concerned with letting people know about the details of their vehicles. I was stuck on the side of a very busy road late at night for hours with three of my small children. I am not happy. They don’t seem to be doing anything to correct their mistake either. I’ve called several times and just get a run around. I just want them to tell moms about this, or anyone who isn’t car savvy. More
