Your dealership is blessed to have Sandra! She went above and beyond to make certain I received the level of service I deserve! I live in Palm Bay and I was going to Toyota of Melbourne but I She went above and beyond to make certain I received the level of service I deserve! I live in Palm Bay and I was going to Toyota of Melbourne but I constantly had issues with the advisor being condensing and unprofessional! I decided to try out your Cocoa location and I was very impressed and impressing me is not an easy task. Sandra blew the guy from Melbourne outta the water with her TOP KNOTCH VIP CUSTOMER SERVICE! Keep her around because shes amazing!!!!!! It was her kindness and attentiveness that encouraged me to get $3k in repairs done!!!
