My wife and I have been purchasing Toyota, Cadillac, and Nissan cars from Mike Erdman since we moved here back in 1994. However this review is about the outstanding service we receive from Jesse Torres. Jesse has been fantastic in his dedication and quality of service. I am comforted with the knowledge that when I send my wife, daughter, or son to see Jesse, in the service department, they will be treated with excellence. This is echoed by comments from my wife and daughter who say Jesse makes them feel like V.I.P.s. My son who brought his Altima over to get serviced could not stop talking about how much better Jesse treated him than he has ever been treated at the Nissan service center. Mike Erdman folks always do a good job. We have 3 Toyotas and this dealership is NOT the closest to our home, but it is worth the extra travel. It must be me or my 2003 Tundra your maintenance technicians dislike. Bought my Tundra here and have had it serviced faithfully at your service department. Over the years yechnicians have failed to refill the engine with oil, battery caps not replaced, and lug nuts coming off. Today after arriving back home I checked the engine compartment. The dipstick was sticking up so high it had to touch the underside of the hood when closed. I called Jim Shaw and told him. I checked to see if oil was in the engine and it sppears there is some but I could not see a line on the dipstick (front or back). More
