The service was great with the comp. car wash but they did vac the intereior, I am getting older and have trouble doing this. They did wash the inside front window which is another problem for me. I thought the wait for a customer service representative was somewhat excessive. It took several minutes (while it was raining) for someone to even acknowledge my presence, even though I was standing outsi was somewhat excessive. When the service was completed, I noticed the technician drive my car around, and deliver the paperwork inside. I waited for 5 minutes, then approached the service desk and mentioned that my car was ready but no one had called me. When they tried to contact the service advisor, she didn't answer her cell phone. We were stuck waiting for her for 10 minutes or more, and then a different advisor came by and found the paperwork. FYI, I used to bring my Avalon here for service, until a similar incident resulted in a prolonged (2 hour) wait just for an oil change -- not even a tire rotation. More
I have been a customer at Toyota for many many years and now you have no more coupes to sell so now I have a problem when I want to trade in my coupe. Nissan and Honda are the only two with a coupe so Toyot now you have no more coupes to sell so now I have a problem when I want to trade in my coupe. Nissan and Honda are the only two with a coupe so Toyota better get with the program and also the Genesis Coupe from Hyundai. I have been getting my car serviced with Jesse Torres always taking carre of things and I have been happy with that. More

As always, I've found the courteousness and quality of service to be excellent at Erdman Toyota on Merritt Island. It's VERY important to provide quality customer service, but it's MORE important to get to the bottom of a problem. Our conversations with Jim Shaw provided just that - Toyota's ability to locate the sourc but it's MORE important to get to the bottom of a problem. However this review is about the outstanding service we receive from Jesse Torres. Jesse has been fantastic in his dedication and quality of service. I am comforted with the knowledge that when I send my wife, daughter, or son to see Jesse, in the service department, they will be treated with excellence. This is echoed by comments from my wife and daughter who say Jesse makes them feel like V.I.P.s. My son who brought his Altima over to get serviced could not stop talking about how much better Jesse treated him than he has ever been treated at the Nissan service center.
