Absolutely easiest car buy ever. Was quoted a price "too good to be true" and was told by other Toyota dealers there was no way the dealer would live up to the price. I can't say enough good things about Mike Erdman Toyota! I contacted Jimmy through the website and was able to work out a deal on a new car in about five minutes and 2 emails, literally. Jimmy Christian put everything in writing for me, explained about the financing to be sure I was clear on it before driving across the state, and even DID NOT call me like I REQUESTED! That in itself was huge. When I got the details worked out on our deal, I took it to Fort Myers Toyota and spent over an hour and they could not even get close. In fact, the sales manager there insisted that you would not be able to keep your position long because you had to be losing money on deals like I got. He also resorted to scare tactics and insulted my intelligence and was all around rude. I didn't mind walking out of that dealership for sure. Here is the icing on the cake for our experience at Mike Erdman. We drove four hours across the state to purchase there and arrived around 5:30 pm on a Friday. My 2004 Saturn pulled into your dealership with something majorly wrong. Jimmy met me and had John Ball diagnose the problem in about a minute and a half and had a work order written up shortly after that. Besides the price being right for service, because we live in Ft. Myers, they worked out a way for us to get home that night and are meeting us half way to pick up the Saturn. Who does that sort of thing anymore? Then Kevin Fuda showed us around the car and did all of the paperwork with us and answered all of our questions and we were in financing about 20 minutes later. The financing was great, the payments were exactly what they were supposed to be and we were done. Everybody there treated us with respect and I absolutely never felt like I was in an auto dealership(at least based on past experiences). I couldn't have asked for a better experience in every way, except for my current car breaking down, but even that was no sweat thanks to John Ball! I hope that you share this email with all of the higher ups and everyone in between, because these gentleman went abouve and beyond and it truly made all of the difference in our experience!
