My 2004 Toyota Tacoma Quad Cab was recently serviced at Mike Erdman for an AC problem. I had been shuttled home on Wednesday and was contacted the next day, new parts and service was being performed. I called the dealership late that afternoon and was told the truck was ready and what service had been done. I opted to have the shuttle pick me up at my home on Friday morning to alleviate going to the dealer that evening. I dealt directly with John Ball, and was pleased to know the problem was fixed, at a price we agreed on and the truck runs like brand new (bought at Mike Erman in 2004). I have peace of mind again, as this vehicle means the world to me, to get me where I need to go and safely.
