On short notice Ms. Stallings arranged for an appointment on March 11, to complete some needed work on our Camry. In addition, we were provided a lender car and were able to complete some grocery shopping w on March 11, to complete some needed work on our Camry. From the moment I drove into the service area, I was treated with extreme courtesy and professionalism. Jim took care of all the "paperwork" in minutes and gave me an estimate of when my car would be r treated with extreme courtesy and professionalism. The whole process was seamless and straightforward. I used to take my cars to a different Toyota dealership for service but was displeased with how I was treated. This led me to Mike Erdman, where I have had nothing but excellent service experiences. If this continues, as I expect it will, then I will likely buy my next car from this dealership! More
