I was shopping for an AWD vehicle and the RAV4 was I was shopping for an AWD vehicle and the RAV4 was initially out of my price range. After numerous disappointments with Subaru and Honda dealerships, I was shopping for an AWD vehicle and the RAV4 was initially out of my price range. After numerous disappointments with Subaru and Honda dealerships, including several trips and countless phone calls (more than once I felt like I was on the receiving end of a bait and switch), I came across the ad from Mike Erdman Toyota for the 2013 AWD RAV4 reduced from $27,500 to $22,082. Although skeptical, I called and spoke to Jimmy Christian and decided to see the vehicle. Upon arrival at the dealership, Jimmy was honest and upfront, answering all my questions completely. 24 hours later I drove my new RAV4 off the lot and could not be happier. Three days later I stopped by to see about purchasing mud flaps for it. Unfortunately, Toyota does not offer them for the RAV4 yet. Jimmy took the tame to make several phone calls and locate and order a set of aftermarket mud flaps for me; he could just have easily said they are not available. Jimmy's and Toyota's customer service during and after my purchase will be ring me back to Toyota first the next time I am shopping for a vehicle. More
