I went in for an oil change with no appointment. I was told it would be a couple hours before they would be done. They are very friendly and helpful there. My salesman is Gary Hope and he always comes over hen he sees me to ask how things are and do I still enjoy the car. Who could ask for anything more? This is the third car I've leased from Erdman Toyota, but my first Prius Hybrid. Pierre first introduced my wife and me to the car with a test drive. Pierre is very knowledgeable and professional. Alex, reintroduced me to the Prius we actually leased, and he spent a lot of time familiarizing me with this "electric" car. It was a new experience for me, and I can't imagine anyone having a more pleasurable and informative experience than that provided to me by Alex, who along with Dan, worked the transaction. Just a treat, right through to the business office with Tom. In 39 months, I'll return for my next car. DB More
Thanks! We could not be more pleased. We stopped at Erdman Toyota to explore a possible new car that would be more comfortable to enter and exit than our Buick Lacrosse. Charly Acoca greeted us, friendly and low key, immediately showed us our first we request (a new Toyota Highlander) and quickly responded when we thought it too large and turned instead toward a nearby Venta. On the test drive he was able to explain/demonstrate all how-to questions quickly (e.g., cruise control, rear window windshield wiper, steering wheel adjustment). He explained the special 20th anniversary special price and World Omni Financial Corp financial deal, checked our credit rating, wrote out the terms clearly--and explained the two-year gratis service arrangements. He passed us to Robert Shoff, who made filling out the dizzying array of forms seem effortless. Then Charly exceeded all of our expectations by taking the time to help us empty the trade-in car (including carefully scraping off Sunpass sticker, attached windshield sunscreen) and then working to try to set up the hands-off cell phone and Bluetooth connections. He finished by introducing us to the Service Department. The length of waiting time during the service to my truck was reasonable. The waiting area is comfortable and accommodating. I was rear-ended about a month ago and my car was a total loss so I had to go car shopping. I don't think I would ever qualify that as a fun adventure (unless i had loads of money to throw around). The guys at the Mike Erdman Car Exchange, on the corner of 520 and US-1 were great, though. It was very low-key, laid back. The guys were friendly, and Doug and my friend Dave had a great rapport. I love my new car (I purchased a 2011 Toyota Camry), and hope I don't have to buy another one for at least 10 years! Seriously, though, I would recommend the Car Exchange to anyone looking to buy a car! More
Well treated while waiting. Was offered a ride to a mall while waiting. Work was extensive but was promptly completed this time. Problems were corrected which were mentioned the last time I took the vehicl while waiting. Work was extensive but was promptly completed this time. Problems were corrected which were mentioned the last time I took the vehicle for maintenance/repair, when in addition, a new problem of great annoyance was introduced (car began to pull to the right only AFTER I had it worked on last month! Previously not a problem. This was reported in the evaluation similar to this one which I filled out for my previous visit (NOTE: NO ONE called me back on follow-up on this serious problem!). Had a dome light problem that was not cleared up then, but was fixed this time. A small annoyance, but nevertheless needed repair. Washing the car is a courtesy service that is appreciated, but not if problems mentioned to the service manager are not fixed. This time I had Melinda as Service manager. She was courteous and efficient, and responsible for all repairs. I would like to have her work on my car every time, if possible. More
