The reason why I gave a rated of 5-GREAT, is because it answers for itself. My sales person Charly Acoca was AWESOME!!!! We've had a nightmare experience with this dealership. My wife and I drove 4 1/2 hours to purchase our 2013 Toyota 4Runner. Our sale took about 6 hours which was kind of long but went smoothl dealership. My wife and I drove 4 1/2 hours to purchase our 2013 Toyota 4Runner. Our sale took about 6 hours which was kind of long but went smoothly. We had the dealership file our tag paperwork for us which has been where the sale has really fallen apart. It took them a month to mail off the paperwork for our tag which is when we were issued our 2nd temporary tag. After a month and a half we received vin verification paperwork which we mailed back a week later. This is when I started contacting Valerie in accounting to verify the status because we had not been contacted since the sale. I have contacted Valerie at least 6 times now and every time she says its getting expedited to us. Well now its been 3 months and I still have no tag for my vehicle, nor has the dealership called once to let us know the status of it. I'm in the military and have not been able to drive my vehicle on base for over a month because of my expired temp tag. I have also contacted the sales manager Chris three times with this issue and he has failed to return my call every time. It seems this dealership will not do anything to assist you with a problem except hurry to get you off the phone after your initial purchase. More

My sales lady(Margarete) was very professional and the whole experience was satisfying. There was only one problem and it wasn't her fault. She said she'd deliver the car to me the next day and when the t whole experience was satisfying. There was only one problem and it wasn't her fault. She said she'd deliver the car to me the next day and when the time came management had no one to ride with her to transport her back to work so my daughter had to take her back. I do not fault the sales person for that I fault the the management for that for not having someone available for her.
