Although Mr. Mattingly closed the deal on our purchase. Mr. Garrick Fichter was our original contact at the dealership. I don't believe we have ever dealt with a salesman who knew as much as Garrick about a product they were selling. Mr. Mattingly did a very good job finishing up our purchase and explaining some other details of the Prius. My only dissatisfaction with the purchase was leaving about $6000 on the table because they had to go out of the area to get a car in the color we wanted. I felt/feel like a compromise could have been made there. However, we were OK with the deal that we made and will probably return to the same dealership for our next purchase. ron patrick More

What led me to Mike Erdman Toyota, was that I had researched a used vehicle in Consumer Reports Magazine that i wanted to purchase. I didn't think I could qualify for a loan due to losing a house and a car in foreclosure 3 years prior due to major health issues. 4 hours later, I was driving home in the Toyota Rav 4 that I went to look at. I would highly recommend anyone buying a car to look up Speer Mabry, in Used Car Sales, at the dealership. He was really accommodating, knew his stuff and works extremely well with people and their circumstances. As used car salesmen go, I hate them all, but I just might have to make an exception for Speer Mabry. He was actually top knotch and i will be referring my friends and family to him should they ever need a vehicle. More

We were very happy with the whole purchasing experience. We saw the van on the internet and I stopped by the dealership to look at it. Garrick Fichter was asked to help me. The next day I called Garrick and with the help of his manager we work out a deal. I brought my husband in to look at the van. Garrick took the time to take my husband for a test drive and answer questions. My husband and I agreed to buy the van. Again because of the no pressure sales approach it was an enjoyable experience for us. More

They are very honest! They did not try to say I needed costly repairs I did not need. They were accurate about how long the repair would take within 10 minutes, so I could plan my day accordingly.
