Initial contact with the Service Departnent provided me with a day, date ,and time to bring my vehicle in for service. The vehicle was delivered precisely at the appointment prescheduled. My vehicle was moved into the service area before I left the lot. I was promptly notified by cell phone when services were completed as discussed when I dropped off my vehicle. I'm very, very satisfied with all aspects of my dealings with Mike Erdman's Service Department during my last visit, and my past encounters for twenty years. The Service Reps, Mechanics, and Service Management should be HIGHLY commended for their efforts to ensure customer satisfaction. We have been buying cars from Charlie for the last 15 years or so. He has always been honest, professional, knowlegable about the product and always helpful. He is our "go to guy" when buy or lease a T years or so. He has always been honest, professional, knowlegable about the product and always helpful. He is our "go to guy" when buy or lease a Toyota...no one else is considered. Charlie does not high pressure us...we tell him what we want and he shows us what Erdman has. He clearly explains the car and the "deal" and does not try to sell us something we cannot afford or would not need. I am very happy to visit the Merritt Island location because it is closer to home. The people are friendly and very helpful. I met Jay Piter on my first visit to the service section. I had a problem because it is closer to home. The people are friendly and very helpful. I met Jay Piter on my first visit to the service section. I had a problem with my car with the seatbelt (stuck/frozen in place) and he stepped in was able to solve the problem. He was kind, patient and informative. Jay Piter listened patiently to my questions as well as concerns. I went in today to keep up with the warranty. Jay took the time to look at my package, walk me through it and advise me. I look forward to keep coming to this location, working with Jay and the rest of the employees who work here. More
