This is my second purchase of a Toyota Tundra. I loved my first one so much that when the 2014 Toyota Tundra came out, I had to have one. Leroy Snyder was there when I seen the truck that I wanted. I saw their ad for $6500 off MSRP. Thought it was too good to be true. So I went to Toyota of Melbourne to look at Rav4 first. Found a SUV that I would love. Really liked the Sales Person Laura Smit. The good to be true. So I went to Toyota of Melbourne to look at Rav4 first. Found a SUV that I would love. Really liked the Sales Person Laura Smit. They gave me what was a good price but far from $6500 off MSRP, plus they added dealer stuff on. We told them about the Erdman deal and the sales manager told me there is no way they would honor it. Well I told them I would have to at least go there and see. If Erdman did not honor their deal, I would be back. By the time we got to Erdman, 1 of the 3 Rav4 Limiteds were already sold. So I found one, not as nice as the one at Toyota of Melbourne but if the $6500 was real, I could live with a better deal and sacrifice a couple of options I wanted. Well there was no haggling, our sales person Gary Hope said the $6500 was off of what was on the lot only. Erdman did not add any dealer stuff I would not want on the car. He put the deal together and it was what he said it was. Then we talked to the finance guy Tom Salva and he was very helpful in putting together a plan that we wanted, not what the dealer would have preferred. The only way I could have had a better car buying experience if they would have let be build my own car but get the discount. Could not recommend this dealership (at least from the sales side) more highly. Hopefully the service department is as good. More
