LEEROYS HELP WITH MY FIRST NEW VEHICAL I had visited several other dealerships other than Toyota, I saw and drove some trucks that were nice. The one complaint I had was the typical one about pressure from the sales person and not really getting enough time just to think, and I didn't feel comfortable sitting in the sales office. That's what was very different about Leeroy , my wife and I saw how informed he is and he has the right personality for this job, we felt comfortable working with him and it was a good experience!!! The Best THE BEST. My wife and I went to a Toyota dealer in Melbourne where we bought our first car. (Only if I new about Mike Erdmans Dealer) We went back to THE BEST. My wife and I went to a Toyota dealer in Melbourne where we bought our first car. (Only if I new about Mike Erdmans Dealer) We went back to buy our 2nd car a Rad4 and they gave us a crazy price, " we said we are a repeat customer" sorry that's the best we can do. I said to my wife lets go , and thanks for your help.That evening I checked online and found Mike Erdman I said to my wife lets go check out this place. We arrived and meet Robert Shoff what a guy. Robert Shoff made it happen, gave us more for our used car and ask us how much are you looking to pay, ( he said don't think of saying $400 because its noting going to happen!!! my wife and I LOL) so we gave him a low ball park figure, so he went back to the computer and made it happen.My wife and I were surprise almost $50 cheaper then the other place. Always a Positive Leasing Experience at Mike Erdman Toyota This is my fifth leasing experience at Erdman Toyota , and my second one with Gary Hope. As always, Mr. Hope was prepared, showing me a number of Camr This is my fifth leasing experience at Erdman Toyota , and my second one with Gary Hope. As always, Mr. Hope was prepared, showing me a number of Camry XLE's to choose from that fit the requirements I had given him. He was knowledgeable in pointing out the features that these had that my previous Camry did not have. Knowing what I wanted in a leasing contract, he negotiated the sale so that I received the terms that I had requested--nothing down and an affordable monthly payment. He handled his part of the paperwork quickly and efficiently as did Tommy in post sale paperwork. I was able to take my new car home shortly after the purchase; Mr. Hope made sure it was washed and filled with gas and spent time reviewing the operation of features I was unfamiliar with--in particular the navigation system. He even offered to help me hook up my phone to the Blue Tooth System if I would bring it by the dealership. Overall, my experience was a great one, and Mr. Hope and the other employees made leasing a car a painless experience. I've never had a mechanical or electronic problem with a Toyota and I look forward to another three years of driving my beautiful 2014 Camry. More
