I don't easily spend on major repairs without knowing details and shopping; and have pretty good rip-off 'radar'. I strongly feel that the price I paid for this repair was more than fair and as good as the price at an independent shop. Plus I got the loaner car at no charge and they finished and I was able to pick it up on Saturday. Steve in service was outstanding with communication start to finish. I left there seriously thinking I need to strongly consider that my next vehicle purchase will be a Toyota because I was treated so well. Big Kudos to Steve in service and the team at Mike Erdman for this excellent experience. More

During this time, I had been assigned to 3 different service advisors. None have been as helpful and accomadating as Ms. Stallings. This current occasion, was complicated by not only a Holiday, but by my restrictions in having the vehicle available for service, which was spread out for 3 days over a 2 week time period.
