He has been my go to salesman for both purchases and will be for any future ones. When I look up the meaning of salesman in the Toyota dictionary, Steve Bowles is #1. He is thougtful, caring, knowledgeable, just a true professional in all aspects. He is the #1 reason that I come back to this dealership. The entire Mike Erdman team is to be congratulated.
