Having a couple of models in mind, We were met by Dan Laprade and looked at several cars. Dan was very professional, friendly, and knowledgeable of the models we were looking at. We decided after discussing at length with Dan, that it was advantageous for us to consider a purchase. We enjoyed the incentives offered and we thought the trade in value offered was fair. We are now enjoying our third Avalon and the first one to be purchased from Mike Erdman Toyota. I would not hesitate to tell anyone of our purchase from Mike Erdman Toyota. When we finally chose the 2014 Corolla S he had us test drive it and then went over every detail of the car and how each part worked. Outsanding major repair experience Spectacular service start (stranded in 2000 Tundra on the Beachline Thurs at 6:30 PM) to finish (saturday afternoon). I don't easily spend on major repairs without knowing details and shopping; and have pretty good rip-off 'radar'. I strongly feel that the price I paid for this repair was more than fair and as good as the price at an independent shop. Plus I got the loaner car at no charge and they finished and I was able to pick it up on Saturday. Steve in service was outstanding with communication start to finish. I left there seriously thinking I need to strongly consider that my next vehicle purchase will be a Toyota because I was treated so well. Big Kudos to Steve in service and the team at Mike Erdman for this excellent experience. More
