A week ago, I was in the market to buy a car, on my internet search I got in touch with Robert Shoff the Internet Sales Manager of Mike Erdman Toyota in Merritt Island, Florida and set up a time to pay them a visit. At the dealership Dan Laprade introduced himself to me and show me the cars and in about an hour I bought a new 2014 Toyota Corolla L from Dan. During the entire process, I was comfortable, treated with courtesy and respect and both Dan and Rob proved to be cooperative and intelligent in finding solutions. At the dealership, I realized that Toyota has implemented and enforced its quality assurance program in sales and services with their focus on customer service and customer satisfaction. My experience tells me to advise any buyer who is in my situation a week ago, looking to buy a reliable good quality car at a good value is to talk with Rob and Dan at Mike Erdman Toyota in Merritt Island, Florida, they will be glad that they did. Very Poor customer service I stopped in to Mike Edermans to look at a truck advertised on the internet, when we got to price, they couldn't do what I was looking for with my tra I stopped in to Mike Edermans to look at a truck advertised on the internet, when we got to price, they couldn't do what I was looking for with my trade and financing until they ran my credit, I advised them i did not want my credit to be ran until we settled on trade value and price, the sales manager got involved and stated he couldn't tell me what they could do for me until they ran my credit, and that is would be a "soft" hit on my credit report and wouldn't affect it. That was a total lie, after the ran my credit, there was nothing they could for me because I was not in the 711-740 range, When i returned home my credit monitoring company showed a hard hit from them. Very poor customer service, if your credit score is below 711 don't bother they will usher you out the door. More
A1 Experience! I was on the hunt for a Nissan Rogue when I left the house. On my way to the Nissan dealership I stopped in at Mike Erdman Toyota and was greeted by I was on the hunt for a Nissan Rogue when I left the house. On my way to the Nissan dealership I stopped in at Mike Erdman Toyota and was greeted by Speer Mabry. He lead me on a well routed test drive in the Rav4 and pointed out all its significant features. I had the distinct feeling that he was well versed in everything Toyota....which was a good thing! I informed him that I was originally considering the Nissan Rogue and that I was headed to Mike Erdman's Nissan dealership as well. Mr. Mabry was very understandable and displayed no pressure which I greatly appreciated. I then test drove the Rogue. The salesman was quite pleasant and informative as well. Two things lead me back to the Toyota dealership. Toyota was offering a significant pricing incentive, and the second was Mr. Mabry's helpfulness, lack of pressure, and overall personality. I've purchased many new cars in my lifetime and I must say that this was one of the more pleasant experiences I've had with such a task. I would recommend Mr. Mabry and the dealership to anyone. Great Experience This is my 3rd Toyota Corolla. My experience with Erdman Toyota was the best yet. I was in awe to be at the dealership for a little over 2 hours and This is my 3rd Toyota Corolla.
