We came to the final price, we excepted the deal, got the keys for the right vehicle (lot stock number for the vehicle matched the keys) and we completed thd paperwork and went home happy. Two days later I was adding the vehicle to my auto policy and found that tye VIN on the paperwork did match what the insurance vehicle was stating. I alerted Erdmans of error and they asked to come right in. They tried to say that we owed more because of their error. They were going to take the plates off. This was their mistake and we were not happy about paying more for a truck that my son loved and his budget is tight. In the end Erdman to an additional $1500 off the price between more off the bottom line and lowering the interest rate. We did have to pay $300 more and getting lawyers involved would of cost me more. They/Erdmans need to pay closer attenion to detail since changed an outstanding car buying experience to another frustrating car buying experience. More
