I have purchased vehicles from other Toyota dealerships in the past that made me question how or why Toyota could ever be known for quality. Richard Boan definitely redeemed the Toyota name. His knowledge and commitment to the product is obvious. It made the decision to buy quite easy. I also appreciate that fact that since he knew how attached I was to my old vehicle, he did a follow up call to tell me the status of it. End of year deal I was shopping for an end of year deal as we needed another car. I test drove a Corolla with Charlie Acoca and he was quite knowledgeable.
