My first, but not last Toyota. Best dealership experience ever. Dan Davis really came through for my husband and I. I had several poor experiences with other dealers in the last 15 Best dealership experience ever. Dan Davis really came through for my husband and I. I had several poor experiences with other dealers in the last 15 months so I was skeptical when Dan said he could get me the truck I wanted for the price I was willing to pay. But he did it. We love this truck. It is the perfect color, the perfect size with the perfect options. Dan did an excellent job of selling me a truck. Perfect in every category. I do not like the process of purchasing a vehicle. I don't think anybody does. But it was much better than I expected. We test drove the truck and were driving it home in less than an hour. I may very well return to buy a Camry and abandon Honda after being a loyal owner since 1983. More

Due to the demand for a Tacoma pickup, I had to pre-order one. My wife and I drove to the dealership from Orlando and meet with Dan Davis who finished the purchase transaction for us. The original deal/offer never changed and was straight forward. Both Mr. Christian and Mr. Davis were extremely professional and friendly. Wow Horrible place So where to begin, NEVER will I return to this dealership for anything!!!! They damaged and did work to my car that was never documented and when I t So where to begin, NEVER will I return to this dealership for anything!!!! They damaged and did work to my car that was never documented and when I toke my car to another dealership I was informed this work was done. I am not talking small issues, they had by back bumper painted and NEVER informed me. When I asked about the overspray told me to leave the lot and never to return.. Claim has been filed against the dealership for the damages and repairs that they refuse to fix!! Mike Erdman does not even deal with customers because he has a voice via the dealership management that does not let you voice your opinion and when you do he tells you to leave his establishment. Way to go guys!!! FYI.. my sales guy Dave was awesome, to bad the rest of the dealership could not follow his lead and strive to make customers happy. More

There wasn't any pressure and the sales agent, Mack Skinner, was very patient as my wife decided which vehicle would be right for her. Then he worked very hard to get up the best deal possible. Before we bought our new vehicle we had a Toyota Rav4 that we always had serviced at the Mike Erdman Toyota Service department. They always took really good car of us and our vehicle. We plan on letting their service department take care of our new vehicle. Mike Erdman Toyota is an overall great dealership with friendly, helpful people that deliver great service. More
