I bought my 2016 Toyota Highlander Limited on July 15, 2016 and everyone from the sales team to the finance expert and detailer were welcoming honest I bought my 2016 Toyota Highlander Limited on July 15, 2016 and everyone from the sales team to the finance expert and detailer were welcoming honest and knowledgeable. I enjoyed the ease with which I got the car that I wanted in a relatively short time from the factory. The quality and detailing of the car is superb. I love the New safety features incorporated into the vehicle in the Driver Technology Package that has a Radar Cruise Control, a Lane Departure Alert, and the system called the Pre-Collision System that slows the car if activated from slamming into a car in front of you. The vehicle rides like a dream, looks like the best SUV on the road and the Blizzard Pearl color on the body glimmers like ingrained diamonds. The rich ash / gray color leather interior on all the seats is magnificent. The four Captains chairs are fit for a King and his Queen! Simply put I love it. My thanks to Bill Kennedy, Tim Smith, Gary Hope, Javitz Roebuck, and Keith Meguiar who all made me and my wife feel like VIPs and happy that we bought our now Toyota Highlander from Mike Erdman. More
Worst experience of my life! I purchased a 2016 Totota Tacoma Sport several months ago. My experience began with friendly smiles and a warm greeting. Soon after the dealer charged I purchased a 2016 Totota Tacoma Sport several months ago. My experience began with friendly smiles and a warm greeting. Soon after the dealer charged me for pin stripes and tints that I never asked for. After a got down the road of the first day I purchase the truck I noticed that the stripes were "not" on the truck. So I had to turn around and had them add the stripes. A couple of weeks later the stripes began to peel. So I made another visit to the dealer remove them. No rerund available. I purchased a tri- fold cover and when I arrived (1hr drive) to my appointment my cover was sold to someone else then I had to wait for another cover and that cover turn out to be a two-fold cover. I tried to get then to give me the correct cover, but they wouldn't. They added a $1000 up charge to the MSRP of the truck and never took the time to explain it to me and let me be aware of it. They promised me front and back weather tech mats and after several weeks of waiting for the mats they sent me on my way with the OEM Toyota ones that are thinner and not as rugged. Last but not least they promised me a $250 referral fee that was promised to me yet I have not received. I was really set on purchasing the truck because at the time no dealer had the color (desert sand). I trusted that I was going to be treated fairly and honestly and that it was going to be a pleasant experience, however it turned out to be a nightmare! I will never step foot in this dealer for as long as I live. This was the worst experience I've ever had in my life with any other purchase I've made. This was my fift new vehicle purchase. Trust, integrity, and respect went out the window with this team of salesman. More
Great Sales, Great Price, Horrible Customer Service This was my second Toyota purchase from Mike Erdman - in both cases I dealt with excellent salesmen and got a great price. But on the second purchase This was my second Toyota purchase from Mike Erdman - in both cases I dealt with excellent salesmen and got a great price. But on the second purchase, I had numerous issues with getting the license plate for my vehicle. The temporary tag issued at purchase was only good for 28 days. When I called on the 24th day, I was told the tag has been mailed the day before. The day after the tag expired I called back and was told there was nothing the dealership could do. Two weeks later (after not being able to drive my vehicle) I finally went to the DMV to report the plate lost and get a new plate. A week after that I got a call from the dealership saying the original plate had been returned by the Post Office. They confirmed they had the correct mailing address (even though we had received other mail from them over the last couple of weeks) and were told to come pick up the plate. When we asked about refunding the cost of the new plates we had to get, we were again told there was nothing they could do. While the cost of the replacement plate was minor, the loss of use of my new vehicle over the holiday weekend was inexcusable. Although I am sure there was just some sort of mistake in the front office, all we ever got were excuses and everyone we spoke with blaming someone else. More

One of the most pleasant car buying experiences I've had. I checked on line about a particular car I was interested in. In response I received a text from Gary Miracle. We met up that same day. I told him tha I checked on line about a particular car I was interested in. In response I received a text from Gary Miracle. We met up that same day. I told him that I was a professional mediator and did not want to go through that buying a car. I was not willing to do he go back and forth game. He gave me the initial deal. I countered and we settled on the responding deal I feel that the dealership was quite fair in both the price of their car and the offer on my trade in. Gary was extremely friendly and professional. I also commend Dan for making the signing process as painless as possible. More
Sunday Surprises I had received one of the letters, designed to draw in customers, offering to buy my van even if I wasn't ready to buy a new car. I knew it was the "candy on the stick" but went over to test the waters. It started off like a poker game (aren't all such interactions?). We went back and forth. finally, they made an offer for my van--and my Matrix-- as trade in for something new to me. I went home and got the Matrix. (I give the fellows great credit for poker faces. They didn't ROFL when they saw it.) We went inside where it was much cooler and started the sales dance. (Yes, it is a dance.) Leroy was very gracious and patient. We checked out a Prius... nice but not good for my needs at this time. Then, we went over to the Corolla that won my heart. I really didn't want a gray car. (Safety--gray blends into the pavement color in certain light.) Ok, like the Matrix, the car won my heart as I checked it out. The deal was made and I hope that the Mike Erdman employees were as pleased as I was when "The Gray Ghost" went home with me. Yes, I like this car. It had a name before I reached home. BTW... This is my 5th Toyota since 1980. It is the 4th I have purchased at Mike Erdman Toyota. More

The process was streamlined and Speer gave us a great deal of information so we could make a well-informed choice. We didn't waste time, we knew what we wanted and Speer made it happen and drove out with an awesome 2016 Tundra TRD 4x4 with everything we needed and wanted.
