We brought our vehicle in a few days ago to have the hybrid battery changed and vehicle inspected for codes that popped up after already having brought it to another service center that was unfortunatel hybrid battery changed and vehicle inspected for codes that popped up after already having brought it to another service center that was unfortunately unable to handle hybrid vehicles. They quoted us over $6k to do that battery not including anything else. Ultimately, we decided we would absolutely not have them do it since it is SIGNIFICANTLY cheaper($1200ish) to have it done at another shop that specializes in this in Orlando. For the inspection only and quite literally nothing else, they charged us over $570!!! We already knew what was wrong with it and gave them the paper from the other shop showing it needed the battery. So instead of quoting us the battery prices up front, they decided to scam us out of the heaviest diagnostic check ever. Unfreakingbelievable! Please save your money and check around before not only bringing your vehicle into this establishment but even considering to purchase from them. More

Do not shop this Toyota if you can avoid it. What started off as a good experience turned sour. They gladly took my credit card out of sight and certainly failed to mention a 3% non-refundable service charge. The very next morning, my husband was able to find the exact car I wanted at another Toyota dealership and without the outrageous $4700 “dealer adjustments” they tack on to the MSRP and without any credit card service charges on the refundable deposit! I immediately contacted Mike Erdman Toyota to say I wanted my refundable deposit back because I just wanted to work directly with the other Toyota dealership. Fast-forward 3.5 weeks later and MULTIPLE phone calls, still no refund. At least once, I was told I would get a call back from a manager - never happened. My husband finally got hold of a manager and they said they would mail us a check but of course without the 3% service charge that they NEVER TOLD US ABOUT. They’ve stopped replying to my emails as well. Today, after a total of 36 days from when I initially said I wanted my refund, I received the check. So all-in-all, I drove almost an hour out of my way to go to this dealership, lost $30 in credit card service fees, and wasted a month of my time dealing with this nonsense. Don’t be fooled by their car salesmen charm! I’m giving them 2 stars just because we had a good test-drive experience but I would never give them my business. More

The dealership took advantage of a senior neighbor of mine. I went to the dealership with her to get an explanation of the charges and ask questions. She then bought another car to replace the car she just returned and paid another dealership fee on this car. The dealership has professionals and they need to take more time explaining the price, charges, and financing to our senior citizens. The experience I had when trying to help my neighbor wasn’t friendly or satisfactory, this is why I wouldn’t recommend this dealership. More

Purchase a used F150 truck from Toyota Erdman 4 months ago and it stopped running. I had it towed to to the dealership hopefully they would help with the cost of the repair. However, the service department apparently try to make as much money as possible. They quote one number one day and 24hrs later nearly doubled it. Explanation was...I was quoting a Toyota repair!! in addition, they had the car nearly 3 weeks with lack of updates, I did all the chasing. The cost to replace 2 fuel injectors was the slightly more than as what I later find to Ford charge to change all 12 injectors (6 port and 6 direct injectors). They didn't have the decency to let me know that if I paid by credit card there was a charge 3%. Smaller establishments usually have that charge addition, but a large dealership!!! I will never buy, service or recommend this dealership again; I'd rather drive to Orlando or anywhere else. Do not buy from this dealer! More

I can't say enough good things about Mike Erdman Toyota of Cocoa. They bend over backwards for every customer. They don't sell you things you don't need, take fantastic care of our cars and just keep imp of Cocoa. They bend over backwards for every customer. Waiting for you vehicle is a pleasure when the dealership has a fantastic tiki bar with great food, a putting green, car wash, gym, refreshments, comfortable chairs and plenty of places to charge your phone or laptop. This time, the mechanic recorded a video of everything he worked on, explaining it all clearly and thoroughly and send it to me when my car was completed. Fantastic service! Our advisor's name was Taylor and he was terrific. More
