He was professional, friendly and most important, he did not play the back and forth game with the sales manager. I gave them a price that I thought was fair for their vehicle and told them that I wanted a fair price for my trade and it was done. I was hesitant to buy a new vehicle to begin with. I called the dealership and spoke with Scott and our conversation made me feel very comforable. The last time I had purchased a brand new vehicle it was in the 90's, and I was nervous because it had been so long. However, Scott took plenty of time with me showing me the updated "Ford Escort" which I learned has become the Focus. I fell in love with this vehicle on the spot, and the more time I spent with my salesman Scott, the more relaxed and excited I became about purchasing this new vehicle. I would recommend this dealership and Scott Turner to family, friends, and co-workers, or to just anyone who is hesitant in this scary economy to buy a brand new vehicle right now! In the past I had always owned chevy's they were kind of the family thing. I did A LOT of homework from dealerships via the net and going in person, I spent 3 months looking around. So let me save you all a lot of gas time and heartache, not all dealers are the same. Even if they are under the same flag. Go to Mike Castrucci in Alexandra Kentucky its well worth the drive. I bought a Ford F150, My salesman wouldn't even give me a chance to negotiate because he kept coming back with more money off the truck. He even gave me an 1100 dollar trade in on a totaled car that should have been towed in to the place.(more honestly it should have been crushed) I had the best buying experience from this place, so good I went back and bought my wife a second car. Not only because of the experience but because it was also the top over all rated car and the truck is awesome. My salesman keeps in touch with me just to make sure everything is going good, that was 6 months ago. I'll be willing to bet you will not find this kind of dedication towards their customers anywhere else. Even the service is fast and priced very fair. I am now the black sheep in the family for buying ford, yet funny enough my dad cant stop walking around it. Oh yeah, and guys, you wanna get the wife out of your hair, get her one, if she's not gone, she's in the driveway playing with all the buttons! More

I have had my car serviced by their service department. They are very friendly and helpful. Had a very minor post-delivery problem (dead windshield wiper blade) and the service guys took care of me quite well. I like that one of the men checks the battery condition while the car is still in the waiting bay. Little touches like that make me think (if I didn't know better) that you folks are all Saturn dealer clones. :-) More

I am a professional businesswoman and I was buying this vehicle for myself. My husband and son were with me bur the final decision was mine and Jeff respected the fact I was the decision maker in this purchase. Purchasing this new Ford Expedition was a great experience. More
