We felt very comfortable with everyone that we dealt with. Scott was great to work with and allowed us our "space" to talk about this very big purchase. We knew we wanted to purchase a Ford Escape for my son. We contacted Mike Castrucci and other dealerships to try to locate the best deal on a basic XLS model. We found a reasonable deal at another dealership, but they required a special financing package in order to meet the price. Jeff Mike Castrucci) happened to call to follow-up and I asked if he could match the deal, as we would prefer to keep the business local. He matched the other dealerships offer with no financing strings attached, plus also offered a XLT model with a few more options a a slightly higher price and a better discount overall - that is the car we now own. I own a small business in Northern Kentucky. We install and service conveyor systems and machinery through out the United States. I usually purchase 2 new trucks per year. The price was fair. The sales consultant was friendly. I did not feel a lot of pressure to buy. I have purchased over 15 new cars from dealerships in the past 15 years and absolutely despise shopping for cars because of the greediness and overall unfriendliness of most dealerships. This is the first ti past 15 years and absolutely despise shopping for cars because of the greediness and overall unfriendliness of most dealerships. This is the first time I've had a good experience buying a car. The salesman was great. He was professional, friendly and most important, he did not play the back and forth game with the sales manager. I gave them a price that I thought was fair for their vehicle and told them that I wanted a fair price for my trade and it was done. I recommend that anyone in the market for a vehicle visit Mike Castrucci. I will definitely be returning in the future. More
