Contacted this dealership via phone after a bad experience at another local dealer. I spoke with Cameron about what vehicle I was looking for and what I had for a trade. He did a sight unseen appraisal and found me the vehicle I wanted. It was at their Milford location, he made arrangments to have it brought to Alexandria. We went out the next day, did our test drive and loved the car. We went in and I told Cameron what I needed for my trade and where I wanted to be with my payment. Within a few minutes I had exactly what I wanted for my trade and they were able to get me with a few bucks of my payment. Everything went great from the first phone call to the first in person meeting. I had the best and fastest experience with the finance person I have ever had anywhere. While you are waiting they have great refreshments available and all employees are nice and will strike up a conversation with you. Will deal with them on my next vehicle purchase for sure and will use them for maintenance on my new one. More

We settled upon a 2012 Ingot Silver F150 Supercrew FX4 Luxury 5.0 w/20's that we almost did not see parked in the lengthy inventory row. Had a geat experience with Mike Routt, he set up and explained in depth the Sync and Sirius features. Thanks Mike Routt! I Passed (After repeated offers) on Extended Warranty w/Craig (was not FORD ESP Extended Service Plan anyway). I live in Ohio and went to ky to buy my mustang this is the 2nd mustang I have got from you guys. The strips on mine was messed up when I got it. In two years I had not lost contact with him because he keeps in touch to make sure the vehicle is serving us well and to make sure we're still pleased with it. He did everything he could to earn my business then, and again this time. Steve gave us the best possible pricing with no haggling in 2010, and again in 2012, just the best, most competitive price. Jeff Cheser, Greg Risch, and the rest of the staff are good guys as well. Also, the additional equipment added on after purchase was taken care of by Steve without me having to think about it at all, and the vehicle was delivered ahead of schedule, just as I expected from previous experience.
