Excellence and beyond I have purchased 2 trucks at Mike Castrucci Ford since 2011. Mike Routt was my salesman for both trucks. Mike is very friendly and knowledgeable. When I needed to purchase my last truck it was the model year end time and I had some very specific requirements in the vehicle I was looking for. Mike went the extra mile to get me what I wanted. The closest location with a matching vehicle was in Detroit. Mike was able to arrange to have my vehicle transferred to Alexandria. He is a true professional. When the tires all failed after 19,000 miles and Ford was insisting that I replace them with the same tires that had failed under the warranty, service manager Bill Ritchie was extremely helpful in guiding me through a complaint resolution process that enabled me to upgrade the tires under the warranty. We told him on the phone paying cash he said could knock a few hundred off. After research I found out they don't like people paying cash the dealerships make a kickback from financing institutes when a car is financed. Hence, explains why the car was hid. We live in Ohio the taxes and title was going to be another 1,000 so that amount wasn't right. So then Russell talked to his boss and then they weren't able to knock anything off the price. However on the phone he told me could knock off a few hundred. Not so then when I got a report on the car it was wrecked. I hope I cost him a few sales that day he gave me the run a round so he got the run around from me. Russell worst salesman I ever dealt with and big liar. More

Great car buying experience! Over the years I have purchased many cars from many different dealerships. This was, by far, the easiest and best car buying experience we have had. Over the years I have purchased many cars from many different dealerships. This was, by far, the easiest and best car buying experience we have had. Everyone that we encountered was so pleasant, and easy to work with. We were at the dealership from start to finish for only 1.5 hours and left with our new vehicle. But bewtween calling all the banks because I don't really have credit to finding a bank that would loan me was ridiculous. Only to have that stuff done and be shuffled to the new car lot to finalize the papers. That guy was a mess he was hurried making errors etc. he kept asking if I was putting money down but never once asked for it. I mentioned after I test drove it that the passenger side air vents didn't blow out very hard and the air was cold. Come to find out we had the snowflake on which indicates the AC. Ok no problem the next day I drove it to work and the snowflake was not on I had the heat turned all the way up the passenger side didn't get warm at all it was Luke warm at best. I have 2 babies that have to ride in this car. So I called cliff he said no problem bring it here we will see if you got the settings wrong. I didn't so he made me go across the street to car x who apparently services their used cars. That lot is pot whole galore and the store is nasty dirty and no tv or vending machines. The guy said he couldn't look at it same day I made an appointment for 2 days later came back only for him to tell me he don't have the machine to test the sensors so he sent me back to the lot who sent me back down to servicing to make me wait. This is my only day off that I could wait for this to get fixed. I refuse to wait 8 hours and or be billed for this when I brought it to his attention as soon as I drove it. I really hope mike castrucci sees these reviews and makes some improvements. If they can't fix this today they can take the car back I'm still within the 3 days of them finalizing my loan. Hybrid-Electric Letdown I wanted to take a second to pass along some feedback about a visit to the Matt Castrucci Ford Service Center in Alexandria, KY. I own a 2013 C-Max E I wanted to take a second to pass along some feedback about a visit to the Matt Castrucci Ford Service Center in Alexandria, KY. I own a 2013 C-Max Energi purchased from a dealership in Chicago as an off-lease, pre-owned car. The Chicago dealer didn't bother to complete any of the C-Max related recalls while in their possession, so I was forced to schedule a service appointment in order to have 4 safety and/or performance recalls completed on my car. When I arrived at the dealership, I was immediately impressed with the people and the facility! I've owned many BMW's and the BMW Store service experience is my baseline for quality customer care. I had no doubt that my time at Castrucci Ford would be fantastic! The service was completed in a timely fashion, and I received a follow-up call from my service adviser letting me know that my car was done and available for pickup. Upon arriving back to Castrucci that evening, I found my C-Max parked in the "rental car row" at the front of the dealership. I immediately walked around the car to inspect it and found that it had not been washed, something that I guess I take for granted as I assumed all dealerships wash customer cars. Upon checking in with the service folks, I spoke to my adviser to ask about any notes made during my full vehicle inspection, and he shared that they had "only" completed the recalls. This may have been just the way in which he said it, but my interpretation of his tone was that a vehicle inspection had not been completed, and also no paperwork was available showing an inspection. This really bummed me out, because that day was literally the final day of my 3-year warranty. When I scheduled my appointment, I had asked for a full inspection to confirm and verify that I didn't have any torn boots, irregular bushing wear, or anything else unusual that could have been covered by my full warranty. Armed with that disappointment, I headed out to my car where I once again had a disappointing moment. You see, I chose Castrucci of Alexandria for my service, because they are the only Hybrid/Electric certified Ford dealer in Northern Kentucky. I wanted to be sure the "right" people saw my C-Max Energi. Again, I have very high expectations for customer care, but I found my electric car with zero charge which truly shocked me since I know the dealership has a 240-Volt Level 2 charger. Overall, my experience with Castrucci was positive, but with three minor tweaks, it could have been amazing! I may return in the future to service my C-Max, but I also may not. Right now, there simply aren't any incentives for me to return. Suggestion #1: Wash customer cars. Suggestion #2: Inspect customer cars and document the results. Suggestion #3: Charge your customer's Electric Vehicles. More

The car had just come in and hadn't been detailed yet. Russell was ready for our visit and had the vehicle ready for us We made a fair deal to buy it and the dealership had the car cleaned up for us to take home that day. We then made arrangements to bring it back in for a full detail, oil change and transmission flush. We dropped it off the following Monday, and picked up a loaner car that they provided for us to use for the day. Later that evening, the car was done as promised and looked fantastic. We had a great experience with everyone at the dealership. The price on this vehicle was VERY fair. Highly recommended! More
