Worst Ford Dealer in the State This is by far the worst Ford dealer I've ever had the misfortune of dealing with. They have lost my transmission appointment two times now, even thou This is by far the worst Ford dealer I've ever had the misfortune of dealing with. They have lost my transmission appointment two times now, even though I could tell them the day and time I called to make the appointments and I even call a week before to confirm them and they tell me they are on the books . Their, "transmission mechanics," always seem to be on, "vacation," whenever you call to make an appointment in the upcoming days. My transmission shudders all the time and I feel completely unsafe in my car and I have had it fixed 3 times in a 2 year period. That's not this dealers problem, however, they know the problems and they offer no sympathy when explaining my concerns and they certainly don't have professionalism in the bag because you can hear the mechanics and service people making highly inappropriate jokes to one another. When I go there to get a service done, they have me pull my car into the bay. I have no problem with that, however, when my car is done with service they park it way off the beaten path with a hundred other cars and just point me in the general direction of it. They need to drop the car off where the car was picked up. The only thing this place has going for them, is their nice and professional sales people, if everyone who worked there took a page from the sales persons' book then maybe it would be better off. More
