Roger Lyons showed me the car i saw online and answered all my questions about the one on the lot... after he sent me on my test drive he again asked if i had any additional questions and again ansewered honestly and with bias. needless to say i left with the car that i was looking at and thanks to Roger and the staff for friendly service. And i left knowing i got a good deal. I've never felt pressured nor have i ever felt cheated with any of my vehicle purchases from here... Thanks guys! More

Excellent customer service, very friendly Roger was a wonderful salesman. He was very understanding as to what I was looking for and willing to work with me on the trade in and paperwork. The Great one -- Tina Ruebusch I had no intention of purchasing a Ford truck. However, after working with Tina, we found a truck that fit not only my personality, but my lifesty I had no intention of purchasing a Ford truck. Went to look, left with a Certified Preowned F150 Was really a very nice auto buying experience. Originally visited Castrucci Ford to look. Was asked if I wanted to take the vehicle I eventually purch Was really a very nice auto buying experience. Originally visited Castrucci Ford to look. Was asked if I wanted to take the vehicle I eventually purchased out on the road. After being plated and DL copied, I was allowed to test drive their vehicle alone, no pressure, take your time. Made an offer that after a little discussion was agreed upon and I drove the F150 home. Was absolutely the best vehicle buying experience I have ever had. More
